1.) Azusa has outscored its four Montview League opponents 193-16.

2.) La Salle’s last victory was a 31-21 win over Bosco Tech on November 13, 2009.

3.) Jordan Canada’s 2011 stats for Montana: (81 carries for 440 yards, 5 TD). Canada is 7th in the Big Sky Conference in rushing.

4.) Zero NFL scouts showed up to watch Terrell Owens work out at Calabasas High on Tuesday.

5.) The 62 points scored by the Saints against the Colts tied the record for most in a game by any team since the AFL merged with the NFL in 1970. It also set a Saints franchise record for most points in a game.

6. West Covina has four times as many rushing yards (1537) as it does passing yards (367).

7.) Including the post season Mike Napoli has 33 home runs this year. Bobby Wilson, Hank Conger, and Jeff Mathis, his replacements in Anaheim, combined for 10.

8.) St. Louis Cardinal Coach Derek Lilliquist sent in the wrong pitcher not once but twice in Game Five of the World Series Monday night. Manager Tony La Russa attributed it to loud fans.

9.) El Monte has scored 31 points or more in all five of its victories. Twice they have hit 40 and once 50.

10.) On this date in 1986, the New York Mets beat the Boston Red Sox in Game 7 of the World Series.
