Vinny Venegas and the Colts complete a perfect Valle Vista League run
(Covina) – Covina won its ninth consecutive game including six straight in the Valle Vista with a 40-7 rout of Northview Thursday night at Covina District Field.
Billy Livingston threw four touchdown passes including a 25 yard strike in the first quarter to get Covina off and running. Covina lost its opening game to West Covina before winning nine in a row. They now wait to see who they will face in the first round of the CIF playoffs. One thing is for sure. Covina will be at home for the first game.
