1.) After losing to Burroughs in the regular season finale, 47-43, the Burbank girls basketball team has won three straight and plays Summit High School in 1A Semifinals tonight. The Bulldogs are 19-11 on the season.

2.) Green Bay Packer wide receiver Donald Driver joins season 14 of “Dancing With The Stars”.

3.) Former Temple City DB/WR Matt Moreno, currently coaching football at San Marino, turns 23 today.

4.) The Dodgers have 62 players in their spring training camp at Camelback Ranch, 20 are non-roster invites.

5.) Gladstone (junior) WR/DB Sebasitan Kirchfeld caught 37 passes and made 50 tackles in 2011.

6.) New section of Great Wall discovered in Mongolia.

7.) The Mayfair Monsoons boys basketball team is 24-5 overall, have won 16 in a row, and tonight play in the 2A Semifinals at home against Elsinore.

8.) Crescenta Valley (junior) running back William Wang rushed for 525 yards and five touchdowns in 2011.
