(Pasadena) – Logan McClain, who spent last season at Blair, has enrolled at Maranatha and will begin practice Monday Maranatha HC Pete Karavedas confirmed Friday night.
“I have been told by our admissions department that Logan has been accepted and is cleared to start practice on Monday,” Karavedas said. “We are excited to have him.”
McClain, who earned all Rio Hondo League honorable mention last season, is a 6’2″ 230 pound senior defensive end. Blair recently named Johnny Lopez as Head Coach and with a low turn out in players, might not field a varsity team this season. McClain had 25 tackles last year and assisted on seven others.
