Southeast Division Top 10 (10/30/2012)

We’re sure Bonita HC Adrian Medrano wanted to throw something more than his hat after the Bearcats fell to Diamond Ranch last week.

Post Week Nine Top 10

1.) La Mirada Matadores (7-1): Bigfoot, Chupacabra, and sightings of the Loch Ness Monster have been more abundant than the Matadores on a football field the last few weeks.

2.) La Serna Lancers (8-1): If the Lancers are due for a meltdown, it will come in the first round…but not against Cal.

3.) Paramount Pirates (8-1): Campfire stories abound with tales of November nightmares for the Pirates.

4.) Norwalk Lancers (7-2): Next person that calls us to say Norwalk beat Glenn 21-0, is going to have their Mid Valley Sports priviliges revoked.

5.) Downey Vikings (6-3): What the Vikings will do to Lynwood won’t be remotely human…

6.) Bonita Bearcats (5-4): They were on a gravy train with biscuit wheels…now things will only be harder.

7.) Muir Mustangs (6-3): No problems in the Pacific, it’s outside the Pacific folks are worried about.

8.) California Condors (8-1): Are they the thorn to the flesh that will keep La Serna from being too puffed with pride?

9.) Rowland Raiders (7-2): Raiders just need to play, they’ve already exceeded expectations. They’re going to the playoffs…just let it rip.

10.) West Covina Bulldogs (5-4*): We like the Bulldogs this week…and we like the Bulldogs the week after as well…

(*West Covina officially is 4-5 because it forfeited Zero Week win over Covina. For the sake of the Top 10, we recognize the win on the field.)
