Paraclete (8): 1967, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2008, & 2010.

Spirits Note: They have lost their last two appearances in the CIF Finals: Monrovia (2012) and Sierra Canyon (2011).

La Serna (1): 1967.

Lancers Note: The 1967 title was a 33-7 victory over Temple City.

Norwalk (1): 1977.

Lancers Note: The 1977 team finished 13-0-1 and beat now deceased Neff 17-13 in the title game. Neff tied Norwalk earlier in the season.

Last Note Neff: It was absorbed by La Mirada High School in 1980.

San Dimas (1): 2009.

Saints Note: Their championship victory over Monrovia was played in a torrential rain storm at Citrus College.
