1.  Kings go up 2-0 in the Stanley Cup finals after a double overtime win over the Rangers.

2.  The Lakers beat the Boston Celtics 111-100 in game six of the NBA Finals and break the Celtic curse and win the NBA title on this day in 1985.

3.  California Chrome loses out on his bid for the Triple Crown placing in a tie for fourth in the Belmont Stakes.

4.  Dodger Clayton Kershaw had nine strikeouts in five innings and got the win in a rain shortened game Sunday against the Rockies.

5.  Happy Birthday to PTP’er Dick Vitale who turns 74 today.

6.  LeBron James scores 35 grabbed 10 rebounds and the Miami Heat tie the NBA Final series at one game apiece.

7.  La Serna’s Enrique Pacheco’s 2014 stats: 10-16-109 passing with one touchdown.

8.  On this day in 1986 Don Sutton wins his 298 game pitching for the Angels beating Tom Seaver and the White Sox.

9.  The CFL and the CFL Players union have reached a tentative deal and avert a potential strike.
