Good matchup between two comparatively even teams. Bonita gets the edge at home.

The Spartans have really stepped up their non league schedule. La Serna is used to a tough non-league. The Lancers took care of Los Osos last week.

South Pasadena coming off an ugly loss to Eagle Rock but Hoover is a team the Tigers should beat.

Lock of the week. There’s no way Monrovia loses here. Too big, too strong, too fast, too much.

Rosemead (0-2) at Burroughs (0-1)
Rosemead has challenged in both games but came up short. Burroughs was popped by a tough opponent in Calabasas. Burroughs – close.

Dominguez is extremely talented and should make some noise in the San Gabriel Valley League. Nice win last week over Long Beach Jordan. Compton is giving up a lot of points.

By far the toughest test La Mirada will have all year. The Matadores have passed their first two exams with flying colors. Servite is a little too much.
