1.  In seven post season games so far the Met’s Daniel Murphy is hitting  .357 with five home runs and eight RBI’s.

2.  Michigan State’s 27-23 win over Michigan on a mishandled punt.

3.  Cathedral’s Marcos Lopez rushed 10 times for 140 yards and a touchdown and had 5 catches for 54 yards in the win over Salesian.

4.  Zac Archer has rushed for 662 yards and five touchdowns for the 7-0 Linfield Christian Lions.

5.  Baylor’s Seth Russell had a combined 540 yards of offense (380 passing, 160 rushing) and six total touchdowns in Saturday’s win over West Virginia.

6.  Kansas City knocked off Toronto 6-3 Saturday to take a 2-0 lead in the ALCS.

7.  Mike Krzyzewski announced that the 2016 Olympics in Rio De Janeiro will be his last coaching he U.S. men’s basketball national team.

8.  On this day in 1966 Bobby Orr made his NHL regular season debut for the Boston Bruins.
