Kris Johnson had 13 to lead the Cats

(Monrovia) – Kris Johnson scored eight of his team high 13 points in the second half and notched four assists and 13 rebounds for Monrovia, which re-rallied past and shut down Glendora with a strong 18-4 fourth quarter on to a 46-35 win.
Jordan Ware added 11 points and nine boards while Jayden Scott (4 rebounds, 2 steals, 1 assist) and James Smith chipped in with eight, and seven points, respectively. Nathan Beltran (5 points, 3 rebounds, 2 steals) dished out four assists.
Jamie Strong (8 rebounds) led Glendora with 13 points and the Tartans also received 11 points from Dylan Miller (9 rebounds), six points, six steals, and five assists by Bryce Wooldridge, and five points and eight rebounds out of Jazz Orr.
Both teams are now 5-5.
