  3. Schurr softball faces Azusa tomorrow at 3:30pm at Schurr HS.
  4. Ontario Reign begin Calder Cup playoffs against the San Diego Gulls on Friday.
  5. The Pecos League, which is an Independent League in baseball, begins play May 17, 2017. The Hollywood Stars will begin play on May 25, 2017.
  6. Champion Turf filly Tepin was retired today at the age of six. She won 13 of 23 races and earned $4.4 million.
  7. NFL schedule is to be released on Thursday evening.
  8. Los Angeles Dodgers are currently 7-7 and two games behind the Colorado Rockies. The Angels are currently mired in a 20 inning scoreless streak and are 6-8, 3 1/2 games behind.
