When you list a players size as smaller than he really is, well then you got something. I know of two frosh QB’s that they are doing just that. Coaches are trying to prevent them being poached by other programs.

Any kid that could start at a legit program would not choose the MVL. Don’t be a clown. Amat does not get their guys from Mars but they also don’t get them from El Monte. If they happen to live in El Monte and are good they probably played pop warner elsewhere. Same with other sports like baseball. Legitimate talent in the MVL is rare. When it’s there it usually goes elsewhere.
I was listed at 6’1″ 185 in high school when I was 5’10” 165. It’s easy to lie on MaxPreps. It happens all the time.
If Camacho could start at Amat he would be there. The MVL is simply not a hothead for football talent.
There’s nothing wrong with being MVL good bro. I enjoyed playing on Friday nights, knocking heads, and playing with and against my friends. Accept it.

We played arroyo this year and I stood next to him, I’m 5’9 and he was maybe an inch taller.. I’m 210lbs and he was about half my size.

I can attest to the fact that coaches lie on player stats. I was listed as 6’1 200 lbs and good looking.
