#9: Voters in Pico Rivera in 2016 passed a 200 million dollars bond issue for El Rancho High upgrades. It was heavily promoted and advertised in the community and passed easily. A major point was upgrades to the football stadium and field. So far nothing has been done as promoted and money looks like it might be disappearing down a dark hole. Oddly hardly no one ringing alarm bells. I hear you Jim.

I’m cool with Kaepernick coming back to the league, but only as a holder on PATs and field goals. This way, he’ll always have a knee on the ground, to keep us aware of the bigger issues.
