Bishop Amat is still clearly the best. South Hills dropped one to Walnut and dropped in the rankings to sixth. Bonita wrapped up its second consecutive Miramonte league title while Arcadia is still undefeated in Pacific. Aaron Murphee pitched Monrovia to a 1-0 win over Temple City to move to the brink of the Rio Hondo crown. Alhambra needs a win over Montebello this week to capture the Almont.
