1. The Chargers fall to 4-6 on the season with a 26-24 loss to the Oakland Raiders on Thursday Night Football.

2. Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes is expected to start Sunday against the Tennessee Titans.

3. The Washington Redskins have placed offensive tackle Trent Williams on the non-football injury list and have opted to not pay him any of his remaining $5.1 million base salary for the 2019 season.

4. The Clippers were fined $50,000 for coach Doc Rivers’ comments regarding Kawhi Leonard’s health.

5. The LA Kings are in last place in the Pacific Division with a record of 5-10-1.

6. Mike Bohn is hired as the new AD at USC.

7. A report this week stated that USC’s current recruiting class in 10th best in the PAC 12.

8. “He can do it all.” – Los Altos HC Travis Brown on his player Rene Zaldivar who just committed to Northern Arizona.

9. John Langilotti, who was the strength and conditioning coach and also coached the linebackers at Bonita, lost his battle with cancer and passed away Thursday night.

10. On this date in 1970 New Orleans Saints kicker Tom Dempsey booted an NFL record 63-yard field goal.
