  1. Former Chicago Bears quarterback Mitchell Trubisky signed a one-year deal with the Buffalo Bills. 
  2. Schurr Football Schedule: 4/9 Montebello; 4/16 @Bell Gardens.
  3. UCLA beat Michigan State 86-80 in overtime Thursday night in a First Four game in the NCAA Tournament. 
  4. Houston Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson has been accused of sexual assault of a massage therapist in a third civil lawsuit. 
  5. The Las Vegas Raiders signed former Arizona Cardinals running back Kenyon Drake to a two-year, $14 million deal. 
  6. The Dallas Mavericks released a statement that former NBA center Shawn Bradley was paralyzed after being struck by a car while riding his bike back in January. 
  7. The Cleveland Browns signed former Rams cornerback Troy Hill to a four-year, $24 million deal. 
  8. St. Francis receiver Evan Jernegan was given the “Jim Bonds will to win” award for his performance last Saturday night against Mira Costa 
  9. Chargers Stadium (AKA Jack Murphy, Qualcomm, SDCCU) is being demolished after 54 years. The Stadium, which also hosted the Padres of  MLB, Poinsettia and Holiday Bowls for college football as well as San Diego State football for years, was originally built in August 1967.
  10. LeBron James is joining Fenway Sports Group as a partner giving him ownership in its subsidiaries which include the Boston Red Sox, Liverpool Football Club, Roush Fenway Racing and the regional sports network NESN.

    Hopefully they are going to build a new stadium to get the Chargers out of the “RAMS HOUSE” !!!

    #9Sad to see The Murph going away. Many fond memories going there for events including my first World Series in 1998.
