  1. The San Dimas girls basketball team will face Claremont in the CIF Division 3A Quarter Finals Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. 
  2. The San Dimas girls soccer team lost to El Segundo 2-1 Friday in the CIF Division 4 Finals but beat San Marcos 2-1 in the First Round of the State Regional Tournament Tuesday.  
  3. Naomi Osaka withdrew from the French Open citing bouts of depression and waves of anxiety before meeting with the media. 
  4. The Houston Texans signed former New England Patriots running back Rex Burkhead. 
  5. The Phoenix Suns beat the Lakers 115-85 in Game 5 Tuesday night to take a 3-2 lead in their Western Conference Playoff series. 
  6. Arcadia will host Dana Hills Wednesday at 3:30 p.m. in the CIF Division 1 baseball playoffs. 
  7. Kerry Welsh, who played on the Glendora soccer team and was their athlete of the year for 2019-2020, was tragically killed in a car accident Saturday night in West Covina.  
  8. On this day in 1987 the Seattle Mariners selected Ken Griffey Jr. with the number one overall pick in the MLB draft. 
  9. The Baltimore Orioles had the worst record in baseball at 17-37 heading into Tuesday night’s action.
