The Welker hire fits the agenda of keeping La Serna aloft while the surrounding schools languish in despair. Disgusting, yes, but that’s the way of the Whittier district.

Wondering who this guy is ? What was his role last year ? Has he coached anywhere ( of repute) before ?

Whittier …. They should have stayed with Quinsey if this is result …Welker’s last stay at Ocean View was decidedly underwhelming , releaguing didn’t help and they fell into depths of D14. Head coaching experience again gets recycled despite dismal
    Outcomes .

Underwhelming hire by Ganesha hiring an assistant coach that was on staff last year after they forced out the head coach. Would have thought that the administration was trying to hire a big time coach
