Good Morning!

I’m backing Dodger outfielder Matt Kemp for President in 2012…

When you hear the name “Ron Artest” what do you think? Jerk, star, punk, talent, suddenly mature?

Regarding the new Alex Rodriguez steroid story…I’ve had enough. I’m not an A-Rod guy, but does SI’s Selena Roberts believe she is doing a noble work by keeping this story going with a book?

I’ve written stuff. Some good, some bad, most mediocre (I know what I am)…but I have never enjoyed writing even the least negative thing about an individual…Teams, cities, situations, politics (when I go at the President its on issues)…but how do you do a whole book, not a jab in a column, about someone’s life with the intention of bringing them down? Roberts strikes me as deliberately hurtful…

This requires a John Scanlan opinion…

Halloween in April? Jeff Weaver is back from the dead, wearing a Dodger uniform and dealing four scoreless innings of baseball…

For the Record: The offensive line for Crescenta Valley Lady Falcon Bailie Kirker: .567 12 Hr 37 Rbi… Maybe her first name should be Ruth…

I strongly support and am in favor of any taxpayer money that keeps the Saints in New Orleans…Can you imagine if after all the haggling and palm greasing  of scum bag politicians a football stadium finally gets built and the cursed Saints become its first tenants?

Are you buying Aaron Corp as USC’s starting quarterback next fall?

I’m not, but if Pete Carroll says so just tell me where to sign…

Best chance to see former SEM standout Lee Aguirre next season will be when BYU travels to San Diego St. on October 17th…Or you can convince important people in your life to let you go to Las Vegas the week before (Oct. 10) when the Cougars play UNLV…

Former Alhambra standout Noe Ramirez went 8-innings Sunday in a 6-0 victory over UC Davis. Ramirez struck out seven and allowed only four hits on 89-pitches…

Joakim Noah makes the steal, subsequent dunk, and foul shot in the third overtime last night…Ray Allen drops in 51…and Brent Musburger was saying: “You are watching, what greatness is all about.”
