(Covina)- Charter Oak quarterback Corin Berry, who had previously committed to Boston College, has flipped and has now committed to Purdue he announced on Twitter (X) Tuesday.
As a junior last year, Berry completed 198 of 307 passes for 3,034 yards and 33 touchdowns while leading the Chargers to an overall record of 8-3 and into the first round of the CIF Division 4 playoffs.
“Christ is first and is above all, everything good comes through HIM! Purdue Family, I couldn’t be more excited to commit to Purdue. There is so much I love about the school, city, program, and situation. But the main reason I’m committing to Purdue is Coach Odom and Coach Henson,” Berry posted on Twitter (X).
Berry is currently gearing up for a big senior year.

Money Money Money Money……….MONEY
A commitment isn’t really a commitment now ; it’s an opening ante in the poker game / sweepstakes.
The main reason a kid would switch colleges in this manner is money. The story about liking the coaches and so forth is simply a diversion from the primary focus, which is the almighty dollar.
