  1. Tuesday July 1st was “Bobby Bonilla Day” as the New York Mets pay Bonilla $1,193,248.20 every July 1st from 2011 through 2035. 
  2. The Milwaukee Bucks waived guard Damian Lillard and signed free agent center Myles Turner to a four-year $107 million contract. 
  3. The LA Kings signed Corey Perry to a one-year, $2.5 million deal. 
  4. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander signed a four-year, $285 million super maximum contract extension with Oklahoma City. 
  5. The Lakers signed former Sacramento Kings forward Jake LaRavia to a two-year, $12 million deal. 
  6. Free agent center Brook Lopez signed a two-year, $18 million contract with the Clippers. 
  7. Tight end Darren Waller has come out of retirement to join the Miami Dolphins. 
  8. The Dolphins also traded cornerback Jalen Ramsey and tight end Jonnu Smith to the Pittsburgh Steelers for safety Minkah Fitzpatrick and a pick swap. 
  9. The Chargers will induct former safety Rodney Harrison into the team’s hall of fame. 
  10. Former major leaguer Jose Canseco turns 61 today.
