We’re indebted to Maverick for his tale of La Serna’s triumph. With so many fans of the Lancers on this site, it’s a public service beyond the call of duty.
The Edison vs. LS game was a hard fought defensive battle, with LS controlling the clock and keeping their offense on the field for most of the night. Our defense rose to the challenge, executing the coaches’ game plan with grit and determination. And in the final seconds, Grady Long came through with a clutch play to seal the win, an incredible finish to a true team effort!

Looks like lowly Whittier took the yeast out of Pioneer’s rising act. When you’re getting plastered by the Del Rio’s worst team, it’s time to go 8-man.
