No movement this week as everybody won. Rowland stayed unbeaten with a big rally while Los Altos is also undefeated after another Hacienda League win. Rio Hondo opened Gold Coast League play with another easy victory. Muir is averaging over 57 points per game in Pacific League play. Scary.
- Damien (7-1) – Spartans start slow but finish fast against Upland.
- Downey (7-1) – Vikings continue waltz through the Gateway.
- Charter Oak (7-1) – Chargers won’t be tested until Week 10 against Bonita.
- Muir (7-1) – When do the playoffs start?
- Northview (7-1) – Isaiah Lucero gets better very week.
- Bishop Amat (5-3) – Lancers look good for third in the Mission.
- Rio Hondo Prep (8-0) – Kares are golden in Gold Coast.
- Bonita (5-3, 6-2 on the field) – Bearcats have no problem with Claremont.
- La Serna (6-3) – Where will Lancers land in playoffs?
- Los Altos (8-0) – Nice Hacienda matchup this week with Diamond Bar.
- Rowland (8-0) – Raiders rally to hold off Chaffey.
- La Canada (8-1) – Nice bounce back for Spartans in shutout of Monrovia.
They still get the rich kids, but the rich kids are now subsidizing the non rich kids who want to feel like they belong to that level of income and increase the football success of Whittier United Football club.
What division did el rancho go far in? not a good division
Real question did ls always get rich kids ? More a decade ago or more than now? Or are the players now not as rich as then? Well if they were rich then then why didnt they dominate then? like they are now?
@Scarlet Letter Fantasy
I just like hyping up the 2 best programs in the DRL, so gotta give ER some pub. They don’t get talked about enough for a program that has become synonymous with double digit division playoffs runs.
Something tells me ER is ready to make a deep run in D12 after not losing to La Serna by at least 24 pts or more for the 12th year in a row. They are rising, almost like the Titans.
Lsjuggernaut sure has it out for El Rancho. I’m sorry your wife cheated on you with an El Rancho don.
@Idiotic Question
There are no cheap titles in Div 6 and above, so therefore your question is idiotic, as is the nonsense you bring to this site.
The cheap titles are the participation titles in the double digit divisions that the special Ed Rancho Dons somehow still can’t manage to win, but will no doubt participate in.
And dont forget Bishops girls flag and vollyball and…….
?? real ? fake acts to get ls (your so called rich kids) another title
La Serna clobbers 5 of the 7 teams ahead of them when they play all their guys.
Damien deserves moved down after that pathetic display against Upland. They barely beat a horrible team. So what does that make them?
From T. Peterson: They beat Upland by three touchdowns.
It’s not a matter of where La Serna will land in the playoffs, it’s how far they’ll go once they’re in it. If the group that played Edison shows up, and they get into D5 or easier, a title is in the cards. If it’s true, however, that the Del Rio has now become a fearsome conference, where Andy George trembles at the mention of clubs like Whittier and Cal, then it’s one-and-done. My guess is that the current league performance is a massive fake act designed to get the rich kids one more cheap title before joining a league of their equals.
Bishop Amat is clearly #1.
It’s not even close, Tim!!
Amat …Amat …Amat
😂 No not really.
