  1. The Toronto Blue Jays beat the Dodgers 6-2 Tuesday night to even the World Series at 2-2.
  2. The Kansas City Chiefs beat the Washington Commanders 28-7 on Monday Night Football.
  3. After Brian Kelly was fired at LSU it brought the amount of money owed to FBS head football coaches fired this season to $167.7 million, according to publicly available data and reports.
  4. The Dodgers beat the Toronto Blue Jays 6-5 in 18 innings in Game 3 of the World Series Monday night to take a 2-1 lead in the series. Freddie Freeman hit a walk-off home run and Shohei Ohtani hit two home runs and reached base nine times in the game. He was walked intentionally four times.
  5. Former Oakland Raiders legendary safety George Atkinson passed away at the age of 78 the Las Vegas Raiders announced Monday. Atkinson helped lead the Raiders to five consecutive AFC Championship games and to a Super Bowl XI victory following the 1976 season.
