  1. The USA, having advanced to the quarterfinals in the World Baseball Classic with Italy’s win over Mexico, will play Canada on Friday. 
  2. Former Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray signed a one-year deal with the Minnesota Vikings. 
  3. The Buffalo Bills signed safety C.J. Gardner-Johnson to a one-year deal worth up to $6 million. 
  4. Muir quarterback Trey Gamble will play football at Southwest College in Los Angeles next season he confirmed on Twitter (X).  
  5. Miami Heat head coach Erik Spoelstra apologizes to “absolutely no one” for the way the last few minutes of Bam Adebayo’s 83-point game played out Tuesday night. 
  6. The Dallas Cowboys signed cornerback Cobie Durant to a one-year deal. Durant spent the last four seasons with the Rams. 
  7.  AP Men’s College Basketball Top 5: 1. Duke 2. Arizona 3. Michigan 4. Florida 5. Houston. 
  8. The Dodgers will open the season at home against the Arizona Diamondbacks on Thursday March 26. The Angels will also open the season on March 26 at Houston. 
  9. Baseball: Arcadia has outscored its last three opponents 54-1. The Apaches faced Glendale twice and then Muir on Tuesday. 
  10. Oklahoma City’s Shai Gilgeous-Alexander passed Wilt Chamberlain with his 127th straight 20-point game against the Boston Celtics Thursday. It’s the longest streak for 20-point game in NBA history.
