Joe T., always working hard…

Kick it!
Venezuela took the Italians fresh water fishing with Fredo and left them out there…They play the U.S. tonight…and I only semi-care.

I love baseball…I want the USA to win; however, it’s not hockey…I’m just not into it…But I’m trying, Ringo… I’m trying real hard to be interested.

The Dolphins just sent WR Jaylen Waddle and a fourth to Denver for the Broncos’ first, third, and a fourth-round pick in this year’s draft.

Great move by both teams. Dolphins get draft capital and salary-cap breathing room… the Broncos get a home-run hitter to pair with Courtland Sutton.

Based purely on emotion and Carolina connections, I’m going with NC State tonight over Texas….And I’m going to take Howard over UMBC because I don’t like saying, “UMBC.” It’s just too much.

I had it in the back of my head that Carlos Boozer and his son Cam were related to former NBA player Bob Boozer….So happy I didn’t go full Cowherd and mention it to anybody.

#9—May the San Francisco Giants rot and lie stinking in the earth.

One Lakers Add: Marcus Smart…I think Smart is the difference in this recent Lakers run.

It’s great that the NBA finally wants to put a team in Las Vegas… if they can adopt some UNLV gray and red, I’ll adopt them.

It’s also very nostalgic to bring a team back to Seattle and call them the Supersonics.

From what I understand, the Thunder do not hang a banner for the Sonics’ 1979 NBA championship and do not incorporate/acknowledge Seattle’s records in their media guides.

So, as it stands now, all the history remains in Seattle…but my question is, why would any owner—given Seattle’s current political climate of Marxist confiscation (AKA: Millionaire Taxes)—want to bring a team to that state?

I’ve heard of second chances, third chances…But I have to believe Justin Fields’ fourth stop—his fourth chance—in Kansas City is it.

I’m not saying Fields is a bad dude, but I’ve been out on him since I saw Ohio State play Northwestern in the 2021 Big Ten title game. Two things stand out…First—he’s never really been with a guy like Andy Reid…Second—he doesn’t want to hear it…but while he’s an NFL talent, he is not an NFL QB and should accept a slash role.

Not that anyone cares, but what has Trae Young done to his career?

I’m going to go out on a limb here…if you’re looking at a Mock that doesn’t have the Rams taking an offensive lineman (or two) on the second day of the draft, then you are looking at an ill-informed mock draft.

The Dude abides…
