Do you care if your team is out in the community…doing community programs…and “giving back”…?
I don’t…
If the team wants to give back, they can keep tickets, parking, and concessions low…they can and should make their games available as much as possible…Perhaps, seek and face forward individuals of character…
Beyond that…I don’t need…never have…someone coming to the park and signing autographs…
From my perspective, it has always been window dressing/virtue signaling/tap dancing for culture credits.
The bottom line is these franchises do not care. Even though they may have “We Care” departments in the building, they don’t. And I am more than okay with them not caring.
All I want is wins and reasonable prices; beyond that, I don’t need anything else.
Okay, maybe a little trash talk…and the Cowboys going 0-17…and the Seahawks crashing and burning…and for the Dodgers to go back to Brooklyn…and…Uncle Stan moving the Angels to Long Beach….and that’s all I need.
Oh, and I need Matthew Stafford to be healthy all season…but nothing else…maybe a road trip to Gettysburg…
