In 1953, District 18 Little League Baseball was established in the San Gabriel Valley. It eventually grew to include 16 Little Leagues including El Monte American Little League.

EMA Juniors Win Sectionals

The El Monte American Little League Junior All-Stars won the Division 3 Sectional title Wednesday night with a win over La Mirada.

El Monte American Juniors, Seniors, win District

(El Monte) – They are hanging a couple more championship banners down at Pioneer Park. The Junior and Senior Little League All-Star teams both won the District 18 titles in the last week.
