Colts Have Too Much Rangel for the Huskies

By Duane Barker (Covina, CA) The Covina Colts squared off with their neighbors to the south, got a big night from Joseph Rangel and defeated the South Hills Huskies soundly 40-14 Friday night at Covina District Field.

Wildcats Grind Down Moors in Final Quarter

By Ron Vrooman (Hacienda Heights) – Junior running back Dominic Ezeonye rushed 25 times for 259 yards and five touchdowns to power the Wilson Wildcats to a 35-21 victory over the visiting Alhambra Moors last Friday night.

By Alex A. Gonzalez San Gabriel – Judah Douglas returned the opening kickoff for a touchdown and added a receiving score Friday night for the Temple City Rams as they defeated the Eagles 50-6 at Gabrielino High School in their Week One season opener.

Baldwin Park Handles El Monte, 52-33
