By Matt Schuler (Covina)- The Covina kids are back. Billy Livingston racked up over 300 total yards; Peter De La Cruz returned the opening kickoff 93-yards for a touchdown, and the Covina defense forced six turnovers to dismiss El Monte 31-0 Friday night at Covina District Field.
