Big Third Inning Sparks Cougars

By Tim Peterson (Azusa) – Azusa Pacific used a six run third inning to break it open and cruised to a 7-1 win over San Francisco State Thursday night at the Cougar Baseball Complex.

No Offense in Cougars Loss

By Tim Peterson (Azusa) – Ken West scored a game high 32 points as Azusa Pacific built a big halftime lead and cruised the rest of the way in a 96-69 rout of Chaminade Saturday at Felix Event Center.

Cougars Survive Hawaii Hilo, 87-85

By Tim Peterson (Azusa) – Nate Kleppe’s basket underneath with 54 seconds left gave Azusa Pacific an 87-85 lead and ultimately proved to be the game winner as the Cougars held on for the two-point win over Hawaii Hilo Thursday night at Felix Event Center.
