I know the NHL playoffs will get better than they were last night…they have to.

I think there should be a rule about drafting a front line receiver (Georgia’s A.J. Greeen, Alabama’s Julio Jones) if you don’t have a front line quarterback…In fact I don’t think any team should make a receiver selection until about the 14th overall pick…Yeah, that sounds about right.

First Add Whittier Christian: I don’t think the part is over just yet for the Heralds. Even with a ton of talent taking the long walk in June, there is enough returning to make them possibly the surprise team of autumn.

So in about two months the Clippers will be using Blake Griffin’s dunk from last night, and a few others from the season, to start selling seats for 2011-2012… promising playoffs and more…Or basically the same campaign they used when they drafted Reggie Williams, Joe Wolf, and Kenny Norman…which was the same campaign they used when they drafted Danny Manning…and Michael Olowokandi…and Lamar Odom…

Best Blake dunk of the season? Many are saying it was his leap and jam over the car at the all star game…I actually preferred the one I had last weekend…A plain cake slam into a cup of black coffee…

Great, great, now because of what happened to Brian Stow the Dodgers and Giants have to make nice and be friends…What’s next? Dogs and cats living together! Mass hysteria!
But you know what, this is the Dodgers and baseball’s fault. If the Dodgers-Giants rivalry suffers for it all the better…I don’t go to too many Dodger games anymore.
