Elffers had a coming out season last year throwing for over 3300 yards and an eye popping 37 touchdowns. He was named captain of the team in only his sophomore season. The Minutemen and first year coach Pete Karavedas are expecting even bigger things from him this year. Maranatha has installed a pro style offense that should help Elffers become even more efficient not only in high school but on the next level.
