Burroughs HC Keith Knoop is ready for season 13 leading the Indians

Burroughs HC Keith Knoop is hungry for a playoff win

By Joe Torosian

Good Morning!

T-minus-65 until “The Mid Valley Classic”

Note to Lamar Odom: Dude, take Mitch Kupchak to lunch, ask Kobe to make a call, do whatever it takes because I think if you don’t sign with the Lakers its “Hello, Target.”

Rumor is missing White Sox pitcher Bartolo Colon, rehabbing in the minors, has gone to Iceland to see his girlfriend…Okay, Okay, bad joke, old, stale, Villathedevil like…Here’s something really funny…Blake DeWitt spending the first half of this season in the minors…

New Pasadena Bulldog HC Mike McFarland and wife Tiffany are happy to be back in SoCal where there is plenty of “In-N-Out Burger” and zero tornado warnings…

El Monte assistant Brian Tabatabai wants to join MY fantasy football league after reading Fanview HD (at www.midvalleynewsonline.com)…

Just when I was starting to believe in the magic of cutting the dreads, Vlad Guerrero sprains a knee…

Burroughs HC Keith Knoop was a great guest last night, catch it in the archives, and even better when we brought up three consecutive first round playoff losses by a combined total of six points…Then again with an experienced quarterback in Lucas Yanez and linebacker like Charlie Hosea coming back you understand why he has a great attitude…

Are you kidding me? Plate umpire John Hirschbeck’s ejection of Manny Ramirez last night wasn’t motivated by the fact that Manny is Manny and he wouldn’t look like a hero putting it to the Dodger outfielder?

Hirschbeck told the AP he didn’t mind Ramirez throwing his bat and helmet, but tossing his elbow pad in the air went too far.

If you look at the replay Hirschbeck is turned away from Ramirez so he doesn’t even see it go into the air…He doesn’t react until after Manny has walked away… and the crowd is pointing it out to him…

Of course guess what side ESPN took?

I’m starting to love Manny more and more…

I don’t think the New York Mets have looked this bad since Ed Kranepool was swinging the bat for them at a .261 clip…I hear Chico Esquela is considering another comeback…

You find out something new every day…and yesterday I found out because Michael Jackson so loved the world he gave his life that whoever should worship him, and forget reality, will have their sins forgiven…Its beautiful, its magic, it was ridiculous yesterday…

Stay thirsty my friends…
