4.) Cincinnati makes the playoffs for just the third time in 21 years.                                  

5.) Green Bay’s Matt Flynn.                       

6.) Oakland set the record for most penalties and yards in a season.                           

7.) In Green Bay’s 45-41 win over Detroit, it was the first time opposing NFL quarterbacks each threw for 400 plus yards and five or more touchdowns in a game.                         

8.) Miami’s Jason Taylor, the active sacks leader, retires after a 15 year career.                          

9.) Denver backs into the playoffs and wins the AFC West after three straight losses.
