Mt. SAC 38 : Citrus 14

Geoffrey Vaughns, Greg Parham, and Sir Darius Yarbrough caught key first-down passes, and the Mounties, behind a punishing defense that roped Citrus into minus-25 net rushing yardage, recorded eight sacks for 62 yards loss, stayed perfect at 4-0 in knocking the Owls off the unbeatens’ club.
Vaughns copped a 16-yard reception and made a team-tops four solo tackles.

Citrus was silenced for over three stanzas, and by the time the Owls lit the scoreboard shortly into the fourth, the Mounties were already leading 31-0. Michael Ball caught six passes for 58 yards.

Former West Covina Bulldog bad dude Maurice Dupleasis is still making his presence felt in the collegiate ranks for Citrus as he had a game-best 11 tackles.

Mt. San Jacinto 35 : ELAC 32

Aaron Cantu completed 36 of 52 for 479 yards and four touchdowns, with one going to Alex Villalobos, but threw three interceptions, two of which went to Dejon Brown of Mt. San Jacinto who later impeded the Huskies again by recovering a fumble on a kickoff return as time expired after kicker Jaime Lucio footed an eventual game winning 32-yard field goal with three seconds to go.
ELAC took its first loss and is now 3-1.

College Of The Canyons 36 : Pasadena City College 14
