Bednarski to Stony Brook

Stony Brook bound Conor Bednarski

Former South Pasadena quarterback Conor Bednarski has signed a letter of intent to play football at Stony Brook University in New York.

Bednarski, who has been the starting quarterback for Fullerton College the last two seasons, is going on a full athletic scholarship and will study physics.

Stony Brook in 2013 will move up into the Colonial Athletic Association.

In 2012 Bednarski led Fullerton to a 7-4 record, including a share of a conference title and a, 34-21, victory over Citrus College in the Western State Bowl on November 17th. He threw for 2,453 yards and 25 touchdown passes this fall. As freshman he threw 11 touchdown passes for the Hornets.
