(We’ve said it before. No second team, no third team, and we don’t make someone an MVP to move them up and then slide someone else into their position. Lot of debate. In the end we realize we’ve made a couple of people happy and a whole host of others very angry. Our choices, we stand by them.)
OFFENSE
Quarterback:
Jorge Hernandez—North Torrance
(There was a good campaign for Gladstone’s Kevin Amezquita, but Herandez’s numbers, literally a flood of touchdown passes, were too much to overcome. Whittier Christian’s Ryan Esslinger will be the guy heading into the fall of 2013)
Running Backs:
Taylor Livingston—Nordhoff
John Amodeo—Village Christian
(Gregson and Gonzalez stood out at Bishop Diego, La Salle had a slew of runners, and Lee Jones of Sierra Vista were heavy hitters)
Wide Receivers:
Devante Jenkins—North Torrance
Mikey Jurado—North Torrance
Cody Bronkar—Whittier Christian
(These might be the three best receivers we’ve ever mashed together for an all MVS team.)
Offensive Line
(Usually when putting together an O-line at this level, its the running offenses that have the advantage but not so in the Northwest where they really like to throw the ball around.)

Christian Rivera—El Segundo

Henry Duong—La Puente
