(West Covina) – Antonio “Noodles” Hull checked out of West Covina High School Bulldog Coach Mike Maggiore confirmed Wednesday night.
“He checked on Tuesday, but I’m not sure where he’s going,” Maggiore said. “When he played running back for us he was upset (even though it made us better) and wanted to play quarterback.”
Hull, a sophomore, rushed for 873 yards on 123 carries and five touchdowns last season and also threw for 609 yards and six touchdown while filling in for quarterback Jon Najera.
Hull transferred in to West Covina as a freshman. He played his youth football in Compton in Rapper Snoop Dog’s football league.
Snoop Dog’s son Cordell is a receiver for Diamond Bar.
