1.  Bonita finishes 25-3-1 finishes 12-0 and wins the Hacienda League.

2.  The Warriors beat the Spurs 97-87 to tie the series at 2-2.

3.  The Ducks are eliminated from the Stanley Cup playoffs in a 3-2 loss at home.

4.  Sergio Garcia’s quadruple-bogie 7 on the 17th at the Players Championship.

5.  Jude Oliva takes over the reigns of head coach at Maranatha.

6.  Dennis Rodman turns 52 today.

7.  Diamond Bar’s Zeph Walters finishes the regular season 9-2 with 89 strikeouts.

8.  On this day in 1983 Reggie Jackson becomes the first player to strike out 2000 times.

9.  Zack Greinke throws 4 1/3 innings in a rehab start Friday night in Rancho Cucamonga.
