El Monte’s Josh Morales
El Monte’s Josh Morales has been accepted to Hiram College in Ohio and will play football there next fall.
Morales caught 64 passes for 830 yards and 7 touchdowns in 2012 while playing wide receiver for the Lions.
In an amazing season for El Monte, Morales shined brightest against Baldwin Park and Gladstone as he caught 10 in each game.
A Division III school, Hiram competes in the North Coast Athletic Conference. It is the alma mater of James A. Garfield, 20th President of the United States.
Morales plans to study Criminal Justice.
