Norwak’s Rashaad Penny (22) is heading to San Diego State
(Norwalk) – Norwalk Rashaad Penny has committed to San Diego State and is expected to sign the offer this week multiple sources confirmed.
Penny, who had offers from several D-1 schools including Fresno State and Washington, rushed for over 2500 yards and 41 touchdowns while leading the Lancers to the Southeast Division Championship game where they fell to La Serna. Signing day is Wednesday.
