1. NBA Commissioner Adam Silver announces that Clipper owner Donald Sterling is banned for life and fined $2.5 million for racist comments he made in a recorded conversation. Silver also said he fully expects to get support from the other NBA owners to have Sterling removed.

2. Deandre Jordan scores 25 points and grabs 18 rebounds as the Clippers beat the Warriors 113-103 to take a 3-2 series lead.

3. Serge Ibaka’s folllow up shot off of Kevin Durant’s three point attempt is ruled after the buzzer and Memphis beats Oklahoma City 100-99 to take a 3-2 lead in the Western Conference playoff series.

4. Kings at San Jose – Game Seven Tonight 7:00 PM.

5. Earl Thomas signs a four-year, $40 million extension with the Seahawks.

6. Rosemead’s Angel Lopez Jr. is batting .396 with 19 runs scored.

7. UCLA’s Jordan Adams joins fellow Bruins Zach Lavine and Kyle Anderson in declaring for the or the NBA draft.

8. Christian Lara, now at La Mirada, accounted for 2606 of Santa Fe’s 3711 total yards last year.

9. Happy Birthday to former Indiana/Detroit Piston star Isiah Thomas who turns 53 today.

10. On this date in 1976 Muhammad Ali beats Jimmy Young in 15 rounds for the Heavyweight title.
