All games begin at 7:00 pm unless otherwise indicated

Friday September 19

La Salle (2-1) at Maranatha (3-0)

Is La Salle to physical for Maranatha. Minutemen make one too many big plays.

Maranatha 24 La Salle 21

Monrovia (3-0) at St. Francis (2-0)

Wildcats have the athletes but St. Franks is just too deep, too big.

St. Francis 27 Monrova 20

South Hills (1-2) at La Serna (2-1) at California

Sorry South Hills fans. It’s going to be another long night.

La Serna 31 South Hills 13

El Rancho (1-1) at Montebello (0-3)

Oilers will come around eventually but it won’t be this week. The Ranch rules the night.

El Rancho 24 Montebello 10

California (1-2) at San Marino (3-0)

Good test for San Marino but the Titans will pass with flying colors.

San Marino 35 California 17

Arcadia (1-1) at Azusa (0-2) at Citrus College

This is a tough one to call. Azusa needs a win after two big losses and the Apaches need some confidence after being humbled by Monrovia. Last year Arcadia held on 8-7. Looks about the same.

Arcadia 14 Azusa 13

Downey (1-2) at Millikan (3-0)

Downey will be fine come league play. Right now their march through the trenches continues.

Millikan 38 Downey 21

La Mirada (2-1) at La Habra (1-2)

Does anybody have a tougher schedule? Matadores will embrace league play with open arms. La Habra…late.

La Habra 31 La Mirada 28
