(Arcadia) – Brian Gadsby threw six touchdowns passes and Jonathan Jun rushed for 122 yards and a touchdown to lead Crescenta Valley to a 61-30 rout of Arcadia Friday night on the Apache home field.
With the win CV wrapped up a perfect 10-0 season and became just the fourth team in school history to run the table. The Falcons blasted Arcadia early leading 41-0 at one point. Jordan Lobianco had two touchdown receptions and Boston Lakin also hauled in one.
Crescenta Valley now looks forward to Sunday when they will receive a high seed in the Southeast Division playoffs.
Perhaps one sullen Arcadia fan described it best as he walked out of the stadium following the debacle. “They just kicked our Apaches,” he said shaking his head.
