Mid-Valley Division

Northview 42 Montebello 24 FINAL – Alex Camacho scored three touchdowns including a 93-yard kickoff return to spark the Vikings. (See story.) 

Paraclete 63 Azusa 0 FINAL – Melquise Stovall scores five touchdowns rushing for 220 yards on 12 carries. He had a 60-yard TD run and a 65-yard reception for a score.  

Sierra Canyon 33 Rosemead 12 FINAL-Trailblazers trailed 9-0 early and then went to work. HC Jon Ellinghouse leaned on his running game and it produced. Josh Cole rushed for 181 yards and two touchdowns. Complementing cole was Kaizer Butler with 108 yards and three scores. The victory moved SC into the semifinals. The loss snapped the Panthers seven game winning streak.

Pomona 41 San Dimas 14 FINAL – The Red Devils scored 27 unanswered points in the first half to dethrone the Saints. (See story.)

Salesian 48 Burbank 27 FINAL – Kyhhva Tezino runs for 148 yards and a pair of touchdowns on just 13 carries. Deommodore Lenoir busts off a 29-yard TD jaunt. Guy Gibbs starts in place of the injured Ryan Meredith for Burbank and throws two TD strikes.    

Downey 21 Cathedral 18 FINAL – Chris Blanton has five sacks and returns a fumble for a touchdown for the Vikes. (See story.)   

Crescenta Valley 35 Paramount 14 FINAL – Brian Gadsby goes 17-26 for 300 yards and two touchdowns and Jonathan Jun racks up 142 yards and a score to lead the Falcons, who reach the semis for the first time since 1992. (See Story)

La Serna 38 St. Francis 35 FINAL- The Lancers pile up over 300 yards on the ground. (See story.) 

Central Division
Bonita 24 West Covina 13 FINAL – Tanner East throws a pair of touchdown passes for Bonita and the Bearcats never trail. (See story.)    

Charter Oak 49 San Marino 31 FINAL – Zion Echols rushes for 320 yards and six scores to lead the Chargers. (See story.)

Colony 41 Glendora 27 FINAL – Ryan Kinard rushes for 177 yards on 21 carries for Colony. The game is tied at 27 late in the third quarter before Colony pulls away. Matt Fink did play for Glendora and threw a late pick. The Tartans used three quarterbacks on the night.   

Los Altos 45 Monrovia 35 FINAL – Tyler Nevens runs for 290 yards and five touchdowns and “Touchdown” Tevita Sina adds a score for the Conquerors. (See story.)

Pasadena Poly 20 Linfield Christian 11 FINAL- Parker Matthews hit Vince Porter on a 10-yard touchdown to give Poly a 6-0 lead at the half and Griffin Carter’s 69-yard run in the third quarter set up Jack Queen’s three yard blast for a 13-3 Panther advantage. Pasadena Poly held off Linfield in the fourth for the victory. The Panthers get Nipomo next week in the semi finals.      

Arrowhead Christian 43 Maranatha 28 FINAL- A disastrous close to the first half for the Minutemen saw the Eagles break open a 14-14 game and take a 30-14 lead into the break. The Natha season then took a dagger to the heart when AC’s Matt Kesuma struck in the second half with a pair of 60-yard touchdown runs. Bradley Mowbray threw for two ran for one to help his team advance to the Northwest semifinals where they will face Templeton at home. For Natha the season ends with a 11-1 mark. Minutemen back Caleb Devine added two touchdowns to advance his season total to 31.

Nipomo 56 Shadow Hills 20 FINAL- The Titans broke open a tight 21-20 first half game with a 35-point second explosion to to advance to the semis against Pasadena Poly and snap the Knights eight game winning streak. Nipomo quarterback Matt Albright threw five touchdown passes and now has 31 on the season.

Templeton 34 Big Bear 28 FINAL- The Eagles trailed 21-13 at the break before rallying in the fourth quarter. Halfway through the final period Gunnar Griffin threw a pair of touchdown passes to Nate Avery to close down the Bears season.
