1.  Jordan Speith goes wire to wire for the first time in 39 years to win The Masters and ties the low scoring record in the process.

2.  Former Bonita Bearcat and San Dimas Saint Jake Payton ran for a touchdown as the “Brick” beat the “Black” in APU’s spring football game.

3.  Russell Westbrook scored a career high 54 points but needed 43 shots to do it in Sunday’s 116-104 loss to Indiana. Westbrook also picked up his 16th technical foul which comes with an automatic one game suspension if the technical is not rescinded.

4.  USC backup quarterback Max Browne completed 24 of 37 passes for 251-yards and two touchdowns in Saturday’s spring game.

5.  Hank Aaron played his first game for the Milwaukee Braves on this day in 1954.

6.  Former UCLA Bruin and Los Angeles Clipper Baron Davis turns 36 today.

7.  The San Dimas Saint baseball team is currently 18-0.  Junior Jacob Castillo is 5-0 with a 0.00 ERA and 56 strikeouts.

8.  On this day in 1984 Pete Rose becomes the first National League player to reach 4,000 hits.

9.   Cleveland Brown Johnny Manziel was released Saturday from the rehab treatment facility he checked himself into back on January 28th.
