6.  Behind LeBron James triple-double the Cleveland Cavaliers knocked off the Atlanta Hawks 114-110 to take a 3-0 lead in the Eastern Conference Finals.

7.  The Schurr Lady Spartans will take on Mary Star of the Sea tomorrow in the second round of the CIF Division V baseball playoffs.

8.  Roger Staubach says he wouldn’t Greg Hardy on his team. “I would have really had a hard time with a teammate that you look at as a courageous, tough guy on the football field … to abuse a woman in any shape or form, there’s just no excuse for it.”

9.  Former Boston Celtic player and head coach K.C. Jones turns 83 today.

10.  Steven Gerrard scored Liverpool’s only goal in a 6-1 loss to Stoke City. It was Gerrard’s last game for Liverpool. Gerrard will join the L.A. Galaxy in July.
