1. The Boston Red Sox’ Brock Holt hits for the cycle in a 9-4 win over the Braves.

2. The Golden State Warriors beat the Cleveland Cavaliers 105-97 in Game Six to win the NBA title. Andre Iguodala is named MVP of the series.

3. The Denver Nuggets hire former Sacramento HC Michael Malone as head coach.

4. The Atlanta Falcons release veteran offensive tackle Sam Baker. Baker has started 61 of his 70 career games.

5. As of Monday, eight Kansas City Royals would be on the American League starting lineup for the July 14 All-Star game in Cincinnati.
