Three big question marks come from Friday night’s games. First, is Kaiser as good as their win over San Gorgonio. Second, is Bonita that good or is this a down season for Monrovia (actually two in one question). Finally, Charter Oak just have an off night or take La Mirada lightly?

San Marino currently looks quite fetching in the Rio Hondo and if Chaffey can continue running wild on opponents they may make life difficult for Colony and Alta Loma in Mt. Baldy.

  1. San Marino (2-0) – Titans take care of business over Sierra Vista.
  2. Colony (1-1) – Touch part of the schedule continues with Bishop Amat next.
  3. Kaiser (1-0) – Kats win eye-opening and Joshua Johnson could be best running back in Central.
  4. Bonita (2-0) – Tanner East leads to improbable win and great start to season.
  5. Charter Oak (1-1) – Chargers may have suffered from Nevada hangover and upset La Mirada.
  6. Glendora (1-0) – Andrew Montano ran for 131 yards in win over Alta Loma.
  7. Los Altos (1-0) – Nevens already has 275 yards and 3 touchdowns.
  8. Chaffey (2-0) – Tigers continue running over lesser opponents.
  9. Monrovia (0-2) – Defense might be their biggest achilles heal.
  10. Claremont (2-0) – We already know of Tran-Samspon but props to defense in early going.

Others seeking consideration: West Covina (0-2), La Canada (1-1), Chino (1-0)
